Board Members in Attendance:
President - Pat Hunt, Vice President/Membership - Cheri Schultz, Vice President/Fundraising - Kerry Compton, Treasure - Eric Giering, Secretary - Tammy Weidinger
Secretary's Report: Minutes from October 5 meeting were approved.
Treasurer's Report: A copy of the current Treasurer's report was handed out, reviewed. and approved.
Fund Raising News: *The July eScript brought in $32.88. We talked about how we can do much better. If you need an eScript card, please contact Kerry Compton.
*We received our first check for recycling - $7.00. There is a box in the band room for your ink cartridges, laser cartridges, cellphones,etc.
*November 19 is when the fund raiser goods need to be picked up.
Old Business: *Golf Cart was repaired by the school.
New Business: *Sweatshirts are going to be available to interested parents in May at a cost of $25. We will also have baseball hats for sale. They will say, “Watch out – Here comes a FZS Band Booster!”
*Next Band Booster meeting will be December 15 in the auditorium at 6:00 before the 7 p.m. concert. All Band Booster meetings will be on the first Monday of every month unless otherwise noted.
Mr. T's Corner: *Mr. Tucker was unable to attend our meeting but shared through Mr. Hunt that the school is asking for a one time donation of $2000 to the school fund. There were many questions about this money and clarification was needed. The vote was to put this on hold until further explanation from Mr. Tucker.

Our goal is to get people involved. The band boosters is open to ALL and ALL are welcome to help. We encourage you to check this web page often to see where the help is needed. Thank you for all your help....
