Volunteer !!

If you want to join the Greats, you must first join and that means volunteer.  I remember when I supported my first band student.  I waited for someone to ask me to help.  What a mistake, I quickly found out that there was so much help needed that I would never be asked.  I simply had to join in and do.  The band remains that same.  Don't wait to be asked, join and do.  Look over the band charter and see how you can help.
